Selah Hospice Care provides expert pain management. Our board certified physician and staff will manage symptoms such as, Pain,Anxiety, Restlessness, Nausea, Insomnia and more.
Respite provides caregivers a break from their daily responsibilities.
In most scenarios we do not think of children requiring end of life services, unfortunately in some cases it is a situation that cannot be avoided. Selah Hospice Care offers a comprehensive, comforting and specialized Pediatric Hospice Care program. We provide the utmost care for the child in need as well as services and support for the adults enduring this difficult time. Bereavement support for patient’s loved ones is an essential part of hospice care. After the patient’s death, bereavement support is offered to families for at least one year. These services can take a variety of forms, including telephone calls, visits, written materials about grieving, and support groups. Individual counseling may be offered by the hospice or the hospice may make a referral to a community resource.
Disease progression can lead to an increase of medications , sometimes this is can happen unexpectedly or rather quickly.
Our physicians are experts as to what is required, when this change occurs to manage symptoms appropriately. Our network of pharmacy’s respond quickly to your needs and medications will be delivered to your home.
Your Medical equipment needs are anticipated and delivered to your home. As changes arise the team will order the appropriate equipment to meet your needs.
